The generator introduced IChatApi/IControlPlaneApi/IStreamApi/IStreamInputApi interfaces but omitted domain-specific event properties (e.g. AssistantMessage, ChatMetadata, AudioOutput). This broke consumers using the interface return type from CreateChatApi(). Also bumps CI dotnet-version to 10.x to support net9.0 targets.
