The Contrast Marker Video Tracker (CMVT) is a tool designed to track joints of a behaving animal (e.g. mouse), marked by a high-contrast marker (e.g. retro-reflective paint). A semi-automated process will help the user to convert a video to a set of time-evolving coordinates for each of the marked spot. The tool has certain tolerance for corrupt frames, allowing user to manually reconnect traces separated by gaps.
