fix(combat): suppress Toxic Spores ability-use log on passive trigger

Summary

Stop logging "Uncle Fungus uses Toxic Spores" when the passive is triggered by melee.

Fixes #2171

Change

• Toxic Spores activate calls this.end(true) to disable the ability-use log line.
• Contamination effect message is unchanged.

Test plan

• Melee hit Uncle Fungus → no "uses Toxic Spores" line
• Contamination / regrowth-lowered log still appears

Closing to enforce MAX_OPEN_PRS_PER_REPO=2 on AncientBeast and reduce review noise.

Keeping highest verified XTR bounty PRs (#3184, #3189). This branch can be reopened if a maintainer prefers this fix first.

AncientBeast is now BLOCKED_FROM_AUTO_START — babysit only, no new auto PRs.
