### Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Clients from time to time might request a certificate of insurance. To get one, you need to:
1. Sign into our insurance provider's [website](https://navigator.wtwco.com/)
2. Click on "Certificates"
3. Click on "Request a Certificate"
4. Choose all available coverage options
5. Where it asks for Certificate Holder, fill in the Client's name
6. And for the address, fill in the client's headquarters address. (If you are not sure of their account name or address, reach out to the customer before requesting the ceritficate)
