IT Security Manager · Penetration Tester in Training · SOC Analyst in Training
I'm a computer engineering student at the University of Mantova and the formally appointed IT Security Manager (Responsabile della Sicurezza Informatica) at a small social cooperative in Northern Italy — where I design, deploy, and operate the full security infrastructure from the ground up.
I'm actively transitioning into cybersecurity, pursuing offensive and defensive skill sets in parallel.
- HTB CPTS Path — Starting Point Tiers 0–2 completed, now working through retired machines (TJNull CPTS prep list)
- Machines rooted: Meow, Fawn, Dancing, Redeemer, Crocodile, Appointment, Sequel, Responder, Three, Archetype (+ more on the way)
- All writeups documented and published →

- THM SOC Level 1 Path (2025) — in progress
- Topics covered: SIEM, log analysis, Splunk, MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Real-world lab: deployed Wazuh + Suricata on cooperative infrastructure
At work I operate a production network I designed myself:
- Firewall/IDS/IPS: OPNsense on dedicated hardware
- Network segmentation: VLANs via managed switch (guest, staff, management, exec)
- Wireless: TP-Link EAP access points with SSID isolation
- SIEM: Wazuh with custom alert rules
