[Feature]: Expose `doenetMediaUrl` in `assignment-viewer` package

Problem

The assignment-viewer does not currently expose a doenetMediaUrl. This means that if any inner documents use the <image src="doenet:[uuid]" /> format, the links will not work.

Solution

Thread the doenetMediaUrl through the doenet viewer to the assignment-viewer and expose the prop again on assignment-viewer.

Implemented by Doenet/assignment-viewer#44 (pending merge).

That PR threads doenetViewerUrl and doenetMediaUrl from ActivityViewer through Viewer → Activity → SingleDocActivity to each embedded DoenetViewer, so <image source="doenet:…"> references in inner documents resolve against a host-provided doenetMediaUrl. A cypress spec asserts both URLs are baked into the booted viewer's iframe.

Since #44 is in a different repository, merging it will not auto-close this issue (GitHub's closing keywords only work within a single repo). This will need to be closed manually once Doenet/assignment-viewer#44 lands.
