[Bug] [Flink DDL] Wrongly mapped PostgreSQL type money to java.lang.String #4557

- I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.
What happened
In a PostgreSQL source table, there are fields of the money type. Upon examining their metadata, it was found that these fields were incorrectly mapped to the java.lang.String type.
在一个PostgreSQL的源数据表中，包含有一些money类型的字段，在查看其元数据时发现money类型的字段被错误地映射成了java.lang.String类型。
What you expected to happen
It is desired to map PostgreSQL money type to Java Numeric.
期望将PostgreSQL的money类型映射成Numeric。
How to reproduce
Simply check the tables in the PostgreSQL database that contain fields of the Money type.
