Describe the bug
Some quiver variables, namely Sea Ice Velocity, contain many points with zero magnitude. Currently, the Navigator does not have an appropriate representation for these points so they are displayed as east pointing arrows which gives the impression that these points have a magnitude. Ideally these points would be represented as dot with no discernable direction or magnitude.
To Reproduce
Add a Sea Ice Velocity quiver vector layer from any dataset. If there is no ice present (i.e. during summer/fall) then the navigator will produce a uniform vector field as shown below.
Expected behavior
These points should be displayed as dots or filtered out entirely.
