Currently, processing to prevent IDR intervals from becoming too long is hardcoded on the native side for each platform, and the eviction granularity in BoundedEncodedFrameBuffer is adjusted. However, when using UnboundedRecordingSession or directly using UniEnc, such processing may not be necessary. The IDR interval option should be exposed to the C# side.
