Reconstruct EventHelper.getFullRRule with dtstart at construction, match exception dates by calendar day, and recompute RRuleEditor weekday when start changes. Fixes ChurchApps/ChurchAppsSupport#984 and ChurchApps/ChurchAppsSupport#990.
