Generic PCO plan items ("item" type) previously always produced an
empty show shell. When an item has rich-text content in html_details,
convert it into slides instead: each <p> is a line, a genuinely blank
line (empty <p>, or -only) starts a new slide, and the legacy
"[===]" line-break marker some churches paste in is stripped without
affecting slide boundaries.
