Fork of the open-source xUnit- library adapted to work with Bridge.NET.

This is work in progress. Mainly these tasks are left to do:
- Add a framework with UI for running the tests in a browser
- Add a framework for running the tests from a NodeJs back-end
- Add a Docker- container for running compiled .js files with tests.
- Add a DevOps- pipeline deploying this package to NuGet
- Add the tests
- Integrate this library with Visual Studio so the Javascript- tests can be run directly in the Test Browser.
