[ToDo] Look into AWS Well-Architected Tool

It seems similar to CDK-Nag, or the Security Hub. Not sure how much insight it'll have above the other two, but no downside to checking.

Also, since Security Hub (and maybe other services, like Well-Architected) cost money, BUT can give useful info to developers, either:

• Tie their creation to the develop maturity. Most people won't need them anyways.
• Add a flag to the config that defaults to off. But would you ever need it outside of develop?
• Maybe both? Default to if maturity == "develop", but have a flag that overrides it...?
