Overview

Integration of the Blue Intelligence V2 pipeline for hackathon evaluation:

  • Specialized NVIDIA Nemotron suite chaining per domain role
  • Zetaris cross-validation and official port corroboration
  • H-MEM persistent memory loop
  • Safe environment isolation (ports 8002/3002, isolated database blueintel_db_v2 leaving V1 baseline intact)

Changes Included

1. Backend & LLM Chains (backend/app/core/)

  • Specialized Nemotron models by role in nvidia.py and llm.py:
    • Nemotron Lightning: filter, normalize, search_rank
    • Nemotron-3.5-Super-VL: page (visual OCR on document pages)
    • Nemotron-3 Super: extract, json, reconcile
    • Nemotron Ultra: judge, brief
  • Fallback chain configured for high availability.
  • Target DB isolated to blueintel_db_v2.

2. Frontend React (frontend/src/)

  • Connected POST /api/poe/verify via verifyZonePoe().
  • Added non-blocking verification button in ZoneFiche.js: « ⚡ Vérifier (Nemotron Suite + Zetaris) ».
  • Visual badges for Nemotron models, Zetaris certification status, Clearance Brief, and official document text citations.

3. CLI & Offline Demo (run.py)

  • Hardened CLI --sample-mode running agent traces independently of MongoDB for fresh clone evaluation by judges.

Action Items for @HamidZ11

  • Route primary LLM chain through nightshift (core/generator.py) in llm.py for NVIDIA prize compliance.
  • Plug h-mem feedback loop in poe_pipeline.py to actively influence source retries/arbitration.
  • Hook ZetarisClient.get_ports() directly into validate_ports_zetaris().

Identical on zetaris-adapter and hmem-engine to avoid an add/add conflict.

# Conflicts:
#	backend/app/core/paths.py
Add metadata.json (machine-readable project summary)
Add the pre-existing work declaration (docs/SUBMISSION_DECLARATION.md)
Visual only: neutral surface ladder, Inter type scale, one accent for focus,
near-white Verify, tier status pattern (glyph + colour + label) shared by the
sheet cards, map popups and legend, How we checked block, compact banner.

Markers move to a poe-ports pane (SVG, transparent hit halo) above the EEZ
polygons; re-selecting the open zone keeps its sheet; polygons are neutral
hairlines with amber only on the selected zone; the sheet owns the sidebar
while a zone is open; zone sources get readable titles.

… port popup

Row and polygon clicks fit the EEZ bounds; markers grow with a dark outline
from zoom 4; excerpts are trimmed to words with the matched name and entry
term highlighted; the popup drops the OSM and placement chips, de-duplicates
its footer and labels the French seed note; telemetry speaks words.

Zone selection fits the zone's ports (max zoom 11) when it has any; the
seed note shows only in its own language; the Verify hint is sentence case;
the Leaflet attribution lists each provider once and never clips.

Framed on its ports the outline only traced the coastline; it comes back
when the user zooms out to 9 or below.

On, it filters every list to certified items, which looks like an empty
dataset when nothing is Gold; the pressed state now carries the accent
border and keeps its label.

…wordmark

Busy Verify with an elapsed counter and an honest description, skeleton
chip slots while the run is in flight; the first-load disclaimer as a
Meridian modal; neutral zoom controls, attribution bar and a toned-down
voyage route in every mode; the header brand as a wordmark on one baseline.

…t, Escape

The not-for-navigation note shows on every basemap; opening a zone focuses
the sheet heading and All zones returns focus to the row; Verify keeps
focus while busy; <html lang> follows the UI language; evidence links sit
beside their disclosure and are underlined at rest; Escape closes the Runs
menu and any map popup and hands focus back.

Focus still lands on the heading when a zone opens; an input-modality flag
on <html> hides the ring after pointer input and keeps it after keyboard use.

UI polish: Meridian-inspired top nav and Ports of entry screens
[merge after #52] Polish non-PoE mode sidebars with Meridian styles
UI polish round 4 (merge after #52): Verify loading state, disclaimer modal, map chrome, wordmark
test_frontend_review_tab_exists looks for the literal "mode-toggle-amp" in
Header.js, which the MODES table had turned into a template string. The
README Installation step now says the full requirements pin a Linux-only
torch wheel and what to do on macOS.

The fly-to button and the project link are siblings with the same layout
(title, funder, link icon at the end of line 2); keyboard order row then
link; the link is labelled "title: Open the project page" (EN/FR).

* Legend sliver, wordmark collision, evidence domain shown once

- Legend: the marker dot paints inside its own box (no outer box-shadow),
the disclosure fade is opacity-only, a closed body is display:none and
the disclosure contains its paint, so nothing is left beside the
summary line after the legend closes.
- Header: the brand row shrinks before the nav; "Blue Intelligence"
never gives way, "by Berry-Mappemonde" hides when the row is short.
- Evidence rows (card + popup): "Official source: gov.bm" with the
domain as the link, once; the toggle and the link stay siblings.

* Selected EEZ: outline the exterior ring(s) only, not land holes

The selected polygon now draws fill only; its amber outline is a separate
non-interactive line built from each part's exterior ring, so islands
inside the zone no longer get an amber zigzag. Shown at zoom 9 and below,
like the fill.

… examples

- Add typing import and type hint for _open_trace_file
- Update is_official_source docstring to note IDN/punycode not supported
- Add explicit accepted/rejected hostname examples including go.xx cases
chore(evaluator): cherry-pick be6e83a (doc IDN + type hint)
