The wordpress.browser-actions runner accepts capture=...,video and websocket (browser-actions-runner.ts), but the command registry's recipe validation list browserActionCaptureValues (packages/runtime-core/src/command-registry.ts) omits both. Any recipe step that records video fails recipe validate with wordpress.browser-actions capture does not support: video, so video recording (#2549) and the presentation and annotate steps (#2550, #2551) only work through run, never through recipes.
Found rendering an extrachill-network journey demo, a recipe-run on the network rig. Fix: add video and websocket to browserActionCaptureValues, with a registry test that keeps the validator list and the runner's accepted captures in sync.
