Update Configure Tabs Indicator on Content Size Change [SYNTH-258]

Symptom

Navigating to configure -> inputs -> Ernie (or any other specific input) causes the tab indicator to be misaligned

This also happens if you initially enter a specific input option and then you navigate to the root inputs option menu

Solution

Refresh the tab indicator when the content changes size

Verification

• Going from the root input configuration panel to a specific input configuration causes the tab indicator to update positions to match the new panel size
