Validate and publish a source-faithful, human-readable, and LLM-friendly Augur v2 whitepaper edition while preserving AugurProject/whitepaper as the authoritative source. Outcomes: - Verify the Markdown transcription against the canonical upstream release. - Define durable route, provenance, linking, and representation contracts. - Build a reusable whitepaper publication framework under /whitepapers/. - Publish HTML and raw Markdown without hosting copied PDFs. - Integrate discovery, machine access, metadata, and release validation. - Evaluate whether the approach is reusable for the Lituus whitepaper.
