Describe the Bug

Missing Sampling options from the assistants run options that were present in 2.0.37

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Chat and hit the top right burger menu, note the missing sampling options

Just loaded a local model and the option are there now, I suppose they are not available for remote/cloud models as the server should set those?
