Add lastz binary #153
Description
It is a little inconvenient that users installing AliTV as stated in the documentation with:
git clone https://github.com/AliTVTeam/AliTV-perl-interface
cpanm --installdeps .
still need to install lastz separately. It might not even be obvious that --installdeps does not include lastz.
The best solution would be to include a binary of lastz that is used if it is not found in the PATH.
This should not be a problem as lastz is under MIT license now as well https://github.com/lastz/lastz
If this is not possible it would be good to clarify the need to install lastz separately in the documentation (optionally with installation instructions).
