Closes #7

docs/NEMOCLAW.md and skills/cipherclaw/SKILL.md imported convertOtlpTrace/convertOtlpSpan from cipherclaw/engine, which maps to core/engine.js and does not export them. They are exported from the package root (src/index.ts:47).

  • Both docs now import from 'cipherclaw'.
  • NEMOCLAW.md snippet also referenced an undefined session; it now assigns the result of startSession.

Verification: after pnpm build, with the package linked as node_modules/cipherclaw:

  • ESM import { convertOtlpSpan, convertOtlpTrace, createCipherClaw } from 'cipherclaw' → function function function
  • CJS require('cipherclaw') → convertOtlpTrace/convertOtlpSpan are function

Docs-only change.

convertOtlpTrace/convertOtlpSpan are exported from 'cipherclaw', not the
'cipherclaw/engine' subpath. Also define the session used by the
NEMOCLAW.md snippet.
