What does this PR do?

Added new options to mango/window module:

format-icons: Decide how icons are displayed based on app_id (differently from rewrite, this allows to choose icons for just some applications and set a default option too). The priority is set as follows:

• Icon configured for this app_id (exact or lowercase match)
• default option icon from the config if default option are not set on format-icons
• The application's own icon, if icon option is set to true AND default option is not set
