…t AGENTS.md Added a 'Cold Start (agent orientation)' block to the root AGENTS template in rewrite_readme_agents.py (the generator owns this file, so the template — not the rendered output — is the source of truth). Cold-starting agents now get, at the very top: what the repo is, the module map (README Module Index + INTRA conceptual catalog), where to change what (module src / INTRA docs / TEST), a one-command health check, and the TODO.md backlog pointer. Verified: rewrite_readme_agents.py regenerate + --check (1699 files current), validate_documentation.py --strict (30/30 pages), validate_skills.py --check-xrefs (45/45 SKILL.md).
