This PR added tutorial cases for air- and ferrite-filled rectangular waveguides. Includes python scripts to calculate the phase constant and attenuation spectra. The tutorial cases match Section 5.2 in the original ARTEMIS paper.
Additionally, the input files were parameterized to be better suited for quick modifications of cell and mesh parameters.
