This PR corrects the incompatibility of the AIRS algorithm with scikit-learn pipelines, which caused a `RuntimeError` error when used. ## Changes - Added the p parameter explicitly to the constructor, replacing the use of kwargs - Updated the base class `get_params()` method to automatically retrieve valid parameters from the `__init__` method signature
