### Overview Wrapping up on top of the complete MS3 version. This phase enters a **Feature Freeze** state, with core efforts shifting towards bug fixing, user experience optimization, and polishing the final deliverables. Except for a few highly valuable features, no new requirements will be added, ensuring system stability and usability. ### Key Actions **1. Asset Generation & Stability Assurance** * [ ] Complete the generation of primary assets (characters, props, tilesets, scenes), covering the full workflow. * [ ] Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the stability and reliability of all generation features. **2. Architecture Adjustment & Tech Debt Cleanup** * [ ] Adjust the data flow implementation according to the original system design. * [ ] Decouple asset data processing between the frontend and backend, avoiding the need for both sides to simultaneously understand and read/write the specific data structure of an Asset. **3. Dogfooding & Experience Polishing** * [ ] **Practical Validation:** Build a simple game from scratch using assets generated by our own platform. * [ ] **Perspective Shift:** Identify and record obstacles and pain points in the interaction flow from a real user's perspective. * [ ] **Style Verification:** Focus on verifying and refining the visual and stylistic consistency of the generated assets within the game. ### Minimum Deliverables **Code & Deployment** * [ ] Final runnable version of the code (repository marked with a `v1.0` tag). * [ ] A stable, usable online deployment environment or a complete demonstration environment. **Documentation Archive** * [ ] Project documentation (including updated product value proposition, system architecture description, test reports, and known issues list). * [ ] Archiving and freezing of engineering documentation (API docs, development guidelines, etc.). **Promotion & Presentation** * [ ] Final presentation materials (presentation deck or high-quality demo video). * [ ] Project retrospective report or promotional materials for external communication. ### Acceptance Criteria 1. **Delivery Authenticity:** Whether the features are truly usable and the deployment environment is operational. 2. **Clarity of Expression:** Whether the documentation, presentation deck, and demo video can intuitively and clearly convey the product value and architectural concepts. 3. **Completeness of Materials:** Whether all deliverables in the above checklist are fully prepared and archived.
