Refreshes the pinned Bitbucket Cloud OpenAPI spec and regenerates the client.

Upstream changes (all additive):

• Repository gains an optional enforced_signed_commits boolean.
• One pipelines endpoint's OAuth scope is renamed pipeline → pipeline:write (no effect: the CLI uses Basic auth).
• More endpoints list forge-oauth2 as an accepted auth type, plus doc-text tweaks.

No command or test changes needed.

Verified: bun run check, bun run check:api-contract, bun run check:api-updates (spec is up to date).
