What happens if photonlibpy isn't installed?

I get a lot less conflicts. That is the main problem one at the moment. Let me see if I can reproduce a clean log....

Historically I've avoided mentioning virtualenv in the docs, but really robotpy should be installed into a clean new environment each year as pip doesn't have a way to say "not compatible with".

Open to ideas on how to fix this, but I mostly think it can't be fixed without changing things about the python ecosystem, or maybe if we forced people to use uv and it's 'isolated environments for everything' model.

Honestly given uv also simplifies Python installation too I'd be keen to recommending uv to teams. Python version management on laptops has historically been a problem I've had to deal with, but I haven't had that headache since switching my team to uv.
