The lookup service for people dose not work when you look up people with a middle name and write more than one part of the name.
Also ensure that the different parts of the search term is treated as seperate searches and that the search result shows results which contain both terms. Example: Martin Armstrong should result in the user Martin Percy Armstrong even though no users have the name equal to the string "Martin Armstrong"
