Release client chart v1.6.0

Cut and publish the client Helm chart v1.6.0 to the gh-pages repo (https://tracebloc.github.io/client). Publishing flips the hourly auto-upgrade fleet-wide: client-chart releases with auto-upgrade ON move 1.5.x -> 1.6.0 at their next :23 cronjob.

Validation (2026-06-09)

• Local CI gate: helm lint x5, template x4, 194 unit tests, drift, shellcheck, bats — all green.
• Dev (tb-client-dev-templates / release tracebloc): upgraded 1.5.1 -> 1.6.0, healthy + heartbeating; ingestor floating-tag spawn proven via a 576/576 test ingest.
• Prod canary (hasan-prod): upgraded 1.5.1 -> 1.6.0, healthy, heartbeating to prod backend; mysql 0 restarts after the probe fix.

Steps

1. Sync develop -> main (PR).
2. Publish GitHub Release v1.6.0 -> triggers release-helm-chart.yaml -> packages client + ingestor -> gh-pages index.yaml.
3. Verify client-1.6.0 in https://tracebloc.github.io/client/index.yaml.

Acceptance

• client-1.6.0.tgz + updated index.yaml on gh-pages
• auto-upgrading clients converge to 1.6.0

Closed via board reconciliation (moved Backlog → Status: Prod / Deploy environment: prod, which auto-closed this issue). Chart v1.6.0 was published to gh-pages on 2026-06-09; the prod canary hasan-prod upgraded 1.5.1→1.6.0 healthy (per the issue body), and v1.6.1/v1.7.0/v1.7.1 have since shipped on top. Acceptance criteria are effectively met; the card had just never been moved.
