Pin greenfield ingestor baseline to v0.3.2 in client chart

Context

data-ingestors v0.3.2 is released:

• PyPI tracebloc_ingestor 0.3.2 published
• Signed image ghcr.io/tracebloc/ingestor@sha256:d361fa778554ab171adcc2671eaf109c32f3d2af339c7920a2d38d102ce53678 (cosign keyless, SBOM + SLSA provenance)

Live clusters already converge to v0.3.2 automatically via the image-refresh CronJob (images.ingestor.autoRefresh: true, float tag 0.3) within ~15 min — no chart change is needed for rollout.

This ticket covers the optional greenfield-install baseline bump so brand-new installs start on v0.3.2 immediately rather than converging on their first refresh tick. Mirrors the v0.3.1 precedent in #161.

What v0.3.2 carries over v0.3.1

• tracebloc/data-ingestors#139 — MLM tokenizer fix, relaxed PascalVOC difficult flag, reserved-id guard (closes Sync develop → main for v1.3.5 chart release #137 / Chart publish: include ingestor subchart in release workflow + CI lint #135)
• First multi-arch ingestor image (amd64 + arm64, Update Helm chart version to 1.0.1 and appVersion to 1.24.15  #24) — lets arm64 nodes run the ingestor

Acceptance criteria

• client/values.yaml images.ingestor.digest bumped sha256:a0861ea9… (v0.3.1) → sha256:d361fa77… (v0.3.2), comment updated
• client/Chart.yaml version + appVersion bumped 1.4.3 → 1.4.4
• PR opened against develop

✅ Released. The greenfield ingestor baseline is now v0.3.2:

• chore(#184): pin greenfield ingestor baseline to v0.3.2 #185 → develop: images.ingestor.digest → sha256:d361fa77…, chart 1.4.3 → 1.4.4.
• Sync develop → main for v1.4.4 chart release #188 synced develop → main (this is what auto-closed me — the body's "Close Pin greenfield ingestor baseline to v0.3.2 in client chart #184" line fired on the default-branch merge).
• v1.4.4 release published → release-helm-chart.yaml pushed client-1.4.4.tgz to the gh-pages Helm repo (index.yaml serves version: 1.4.4).
• Sync main → develop after v1.4.4 release #189 back-merges main → develop (history-only resync).

Fresh helm install tracebloc/client / tracebloc/ingestor now land on ingestor v0.3.2. Existing clusters were already on v0.3.2 via image-refresh.
