I thought this might be a version issue, but I am unable to build a NetDocument W32 just trying to save it locally? I can build Zoom without issue. I updated to most recent version and same issue. Any idea what is going on?

The dotnet cli WinTuner is no longer supported. Migrate to the PowerShell module, it works much better and is the only thing that will get updates.

The idea behind this is that most people liked the module, and I don't want to keep 2 things online and support them.

Your command starts with wintuner package the same command in the module is New-WtWinGetPackage...
