Plugin crashes when discovery fails in one workspace folder

If initial discovery fails in at least one workspace folder, for example due to a TypeScript build error, the StrykerJS plugin crashes.
As a result, mutants are not loaded in the Test Explorer view, even for other workspace folders where discovery succeeds.
