Unable to build WebRTC module for macOS with M147

Description

We have been successfully building iOS and macOS apps using M128.

However since we added support for HEVC through patches (no, it is not included as advertised in the README, however that is another issue to resolve), we decided to upgrade to M147, as it seems to be the up-to-date version to work with.

It turns out that for iOS it works very well, but fails to build the WebRTC module for macOS due to missing include files.

Hi @stasel ! I put up a PR to fix this issue here:

@BigETI @mculenaere if you'd like to try it, I made a release M148 in my fork that was built from that branch:

I used it In my own app and it seems to work as expected now.
