📢 We're migrating this repo to GitHub Discussion in each repo

When we fork FindBugs, we created this repository to use as a mailing list. However, many users don't know this repo. We can find many questions/discussions even in GitHub Issues in spotbugs/spotbugs and other repos.

Last year GitHub released GitHub Discussions and it provides better user experience for discussion. So we're going to replace this repo with GitHub Discussions in each repo.

This repo will be archived after we migrate existing issues.
