I'm the creator and maintainer of encoding.js (encoding-japanese), weakmap-polyfill, and many other open-source projects, as well as the SyncFiddle online code editor. I've been developing and sharing software and web services since before GitHub existed, and publishing open-source code here since around 2010.

I actually started my GitHub Sponsors application when it first launched, but left my profile as a draft for years (2019-2026!). That was partly because there were times when I couldn't be as active in open source as I wanted to be. I continued to maintain my projects and fix bugs, but I was hesitant to start accepting sponsorships. Lately, I've been working on my projects, so I finally decided to give GitHub Sponsors a try!

SyncFiddle is a browser-based code editor where you can write and run code together in real time. I design, build, and maintain it on my own, including the website and servers.
