What problem does this feature solve?
Currently there is no visual design pattern on how to structure larger content on a page. This should be documented to allow applications to re-use the same design pattern all over.
What does the proposed API look like?
A divider is a visual separator holding apart content, helping to organize a page and improve clarity. It allow users to quickly understand information and the hierarchy within a user interface.
The divider in SIX style is a minimal, solid line designed for clear separation. See design documentation page 4 and 10 for details.
This visual design pattern has to be documented in the "Styling" section, similar to e.g. Shadows: https://six-group.github.io/six-webcomponents/v5/guide/styling/shadows.html
