Improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Now the sciwork portal isn't showing up on Google search.
I think we should improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to reach the top positions on search engines.

The sitemap plugin looks like a great idea. Similar to headerid (#6), I think we should incorporate it by copying the files.
