Since the last Windows update, Windows Defender has been flagging sable_rapier_x86_64_windows.dll as malicious and instantly sending it to quarantine. This causes the game to crash when loading a world.
For now, the only thing to do is add an exclusion to the file/folder or the instance(s) or turn off your antivirus (don't)
I don't know if other antivirus software might do it too, since I only use Windows Defender
Here's proof too (I restored later once I figured it out, now it doesn't crash even if I remove the exclusion)
The previous threats were from me trying it in different modpacks and mod combinations
The issues from the last hour talking about crash when entering a world might be caused by this, so check that out

Possible Solutions
For now the best thing to do is to downgrade to version 1.2.1. Create Aeronautics still works with this so it should be no problem.
Adding an exclusion to the Windows defender and/or restoring the threat can help too, but some report it doesn't solve the issue.
Another this to just shut off the Windows Defender but this isn't recommended.
To clarify, this is a Windows problem, Linux doesn't have it
