Sable crashes during ServerLevel initialization with Rapier native UnsatisfiedLinkError (NeoForge 1.21.1)

Context

For some reason, Sable automatically crashes when starting a world, joining a world. Best i can find is that it had an error with veil.

This happens even without ANY addons. I installed the mod from curseforge, and i am using curseforge as the launcher. A while ago it worked fine even with many addons. Then, i installed an addon, and it broke completely. I tried creating a new mod-pack, restarting my PC, nothing worked.

I can keep re-producing this issue, and it won't fix itself.

I'm having the same issue first my computer quarantined it as trojan then i made it exception then it started doing this, it was working fine this morning now it stop working

I use Curse forge and curse forge launcher

before hand i was messing around and left the world and it was trying to save but it wouldnt and i was just stuck, so i force closed Minecraft and then try reopen world and i started having these issues

So to follow up, its smart app control causing the issue as it looks for signature but isnt finding it so it blocks it and doesnt let the link connect, that what i was having an issue with, it was blocking the file cause after i shut the smart app down, the file finally worked
