moneyFlew:false but outgoingAmount increased — balance accounting mismatch #120

Network Accounting Bug

A transaction at tick 49,333,793 shows moneyFlew: false in the tx-status API, yet the sender's outgoingAmount in the balance API includes this transaction's amount.

TX: atgbwztyotpvtaqyoyifuadqmgaamjjntzvgbavcrglrelztyrhztayfkare
Amount: 65,560,610 QUBIC
Source: KAANEGQBPSSJFEDBVXJNEXXSVZFDZTKSVTIYAOISQGWNACIFKMHKBWQGTKLE

tx-status: moneyFlew: false
balance: outgoingAmount includes the 65.5M, balance is 37.7M instead of expected 103.3M

This appears to be a protocol-level accounting bug where failed transactions still deduct from the sender's balance. Could the team investigate whether the balance needs correction or if the moneyFlew status is incorrect?

Context: I was attempting to send QUBIC to an exchange (Exolix) deposit address. The exchange confirms they did not receive the funds, consistent with moneyFlew:false.
