v0.1.15: bundle uBlock Origin as the default ad/tracker blocker

- build-release.sh fetches full uBlock Origin (MV2 — Ungoogled Chromium keeps
  MV2 support) once via the GitHub API and stages it into extensions/ublock
- launcher already auto-loads every extension subdir, so it's on by default
  (users can disable in chrome://extensions); non-fatal if the fetch fails
- gitignore the fetched (GPL) extension dir
