Aliases are overridden by existing teleport locations

Issue description: When I set an alias to a word that is part of an existing teleport location name, when I enter the alias, it will teleport to the existing location.

How to Reproduce:

1. Set an alias to "home" (say, for my personal house)
2. Enter /tp home
3. Be teleported to Moghome
4. Set the alias to "house" instead
5. Enter /tp house
6. Be teleported the The House of the Fierce

Expected Behaviour: It teleports me to my personal house.

Perhapy an exception should be made when an entered /tp command matches an alias perfectly, and prioritize the alias instead.
