Issue description: When I set an alias to a word that is part of an existing teleport location name, when I enter the alias, it will teleport to the existing location.
How to Reproduce:
- Set an alias to "home" (say, for my personal house)
- Enter /tp home
- Be teleported to Moghome
- Set the alias to "house" instead
- Enter /tp house
- Be teleported the The House of the Fierce
Expected Behaviour: It teleports me to my personal house.
Perhapy an exception should be made when an entered /tp command matches an alias perfectly, and prioritize the alias instead.
