ActionRegister.h missing for CmuMD calculations

I am trying to install CmuMD-version of plumed-2.10, by copying the cmumd.cpp file to src/colvar as recommended. It seems that it is dependent on ActionRegister.h which is not missing in plumed-2.10. Is there a patch to this problem?

Try removing #include "ActionRegister.h"

I do not give you any guarantees, since that cpp seems targeting plumed 2.6

I suspect some warnings on that file will block the compilation, since in the internal directories now warning are treated as errors. If that is the case, so you may try to compile it directly with plumed, by using LOAD kewyword in your plumed file or plumed mklib + LOAD (you may need to change #include "Colvar.h" into #include "plumed/colvars/Colvar.h")
