Test the MSN protocol against escargot

As far as I know, no one has actually tested the msn plugin against escargot. I'm guessing like oscar, there are probably hard coded urls that pointed to the official services and we need to verify it works and document how to use it in the readme.

So we got somewhere: Established the initial connection, transferred some data, but got some XML we couldn't parse: xmlnode: XML parser error for xmlnode 0x5b7a28b78430: Domain 1, code 4, level 3: Start tag expected, '<' not found
Would be useful to capture exactly what that XML was so that we can investigate why it failed. xmlnode might need to be updated, or the issue lies elsewhere.
