Hi @tonystar I like your project, but... my apps with pico uses the scss to bundle the whole css. |
|
quick question, is this because the original repo is not maintained anymore ? or just because vision deviates ? |
|
I've come to grips with the fact that PicoCSS is probably no longer actively maintained. Nonetheless, I've still submitted two proposals:
There are working examples in each if you wanted to implement them in your fork. I see you've already modified the dropdown, so I'm not sure what changes my examples would need to fit in with your changes, but it should be a pretty simple swipe and update. |

Hey everyone 👋 First off, big thanks to @tonystar for putting in the effort to create and share the fork at https://github.com/anyblades/pico. It’s clear some work went into it, and that kind of initiative is appreciated. Unfortunately tonystar has removed all the SCSS source files from the repo, essentially turning the project into a distribution-only dump of compiled CSS. That makes it effectively useless for anyone who actually wants to customize, extend, or work with Pico the way it was meant to be used. I would recommend to focus our efforts to contribute to Yohn's fork https://github.com/Yohn/PicoCSS who stays true to the original spirit of Pico instead (sorry tonystar). Thanks for helping keep a usable version of Pico alive! 🙏 |
