In 04172026_checkin.ipynb you have two files: image_file = "250708-21_09_31_attoscanpulsed-image_data.csv" extent_file = "250708-21_09_31_attoscanpulsed-extent.csv"
Neither is part of the repo. I'm unsure if these are large data files - if so perhaps would be best to exclude them from the repo. My group used a small subset of our data (about 50 images) to play around with. If possible I would recommend you do the same so we can run your notebook.
