How to update an already-submitted entry before the deadline? (/submit form now loads empty)

Since submitting, I rebuilt the game. The new zip is 13,269 bytes (within 13,312). The changes contain no new features and no new levels/mechanics:

• the player sprite is now a 24x24 bitmap frame packed into the existing img.bin
• the player collision box width goes from 0.625 to 0.75 of a tile (height unchanged at 1.125)
• minor text/timing fixes (crown-return copy order, death-counter flourish)

The problem: I can't upload the new build. Opening https://js13kgames.com/submit while logged in shows a completely empty form, and the draft endpoint api.js13kgames.com/s:0 returns 404, so there is no reachable "Upload your game" step for my account. On my game's page the only controls are PLAY, the zip download, Source and EDIT (which points at .website/README.md).

So my questions are:

1. Is there a supported way to replace the zip of an already-submitted entry before the deadline (September 13, 13:00 CEST)?
2. If not, should I instead send a documented PR to js13kGames/fallen-rainbow replacing .website/game.zip, during the 24-hour minor-fix window?
3. Would the collision-box width change (0.625 → 0.75 of a tile, no new mechanics) still qualify as a minor fix, or is it safer to keep the submitted build untouched?

Update the zip in the .website folder of a fork of your entry, but keep in mind this is all reviewed and accepted manually, so will take time. The drafts are there for you to test everything on the competition's website throughout the whole month, so this is only available in justified cases (and will most probably be removed next year anyway).

Thanks for the quick answer and for making an exception here — I understand the drafts are meant for this and that this is a manual, case-by-case process.

To confirm I read it right: I'll fork js13kGames/fallen-rainbow, replace .website/game.zip with the new build, and open a PR against main, documenting every change in the description. The diff will be that single file, and I'll keep it strictly to the three items I listed (player sprite packed into img.bin, collision-box width 0.625 → 0.75 of a tile with the height unchanged, and two copy/timing fixes) — no new features, levels or mechanics.

I'll open the PR right away so there's time for the review before the deadline. Thanks again.
