Can we

(a) make the horizontal scroll bar less impressive and visually intrusive?
(b) not use borders if possible, for code cells and especially outputs? Or at least make that configurable?
(c) reduce space between code cell and output so that it's clear that they belong together?

@Yahiewi , in general vertical spacing is a bit off for the posts. The vertical spacing hierarchy should approximately reflect the text hierarchy. I.e. paragraphs should not be spaced larger than headers etc. It'd make sense to harmonize spacing in one go.
