When trying the preview, it is opening in another main area panel with the same name as the original notebook like this.
If one wants to see both the notebook and the preview, one has to set up this side by view manually to reach something like this
Here are some suggestions: it could be good to:
- have an icon and something in the name precising that this main area panel is a preview. It would help to straight away have a clear idea that we have a notebook and its preview
- have directly a side by side view
- not have the name of the preview redisplayed in the main area panel
