Xcode error: Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code

Hi everyone. I am trying to run Firefox iOS on Xcode on my intel MacBook Pro 2019, but every time, the built fails with this error: Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Heya @cubedisk — I don't wanna sound like "have you tried turning it off and on again" kind of guy, but just to make sure: have you gone through all the bootstrapping steps? (reference)

• Use Xcode 26.1 (as of today; for future readers: check the repo readme for the correct version…)
• Have node installed and available
• Run ./bootstrap.sh successfully
• Open Client.xcodeproj
• Select "Fennec" scheme to run
• Build for a particular device

(Also in case your dependencies in the sidebar are still loading/resolving, wait for that to finish or try again in a bit.)

Actually, @cubedisk there's a previous thread on this topic: #14731 — it was a whitespace in the path that failed some of the scripting commands. That discussion also includes helpful hints where to start looking in the build logs…
